Nowadays, the mentality and the material are separated by dualism. In addition, the mental science which wants to prove scientifically about the mental and the energy of the body and the natural science are separated too. In spite of the consideration of the latest science, our thinking Have been divided into the metaphysics and a concrete science, the rationalism and the idealism, the mental and the material. In addition, we regarded unknown things in the same light with the non
existent things. We rarely consider the things as a whole and its harmony. About this contradiction, in this paper trying to extract of relationship about the mechanism of the individual consciousness propagated to other individuals or cell, and the information communication system of the cell about the consciousness and the body that is to say the mental and the material which is associated with the human body through the hypothesis and the logical evidence by inspection.
